Processing of information (Privacy Policy)

In accordance with article 13 of Legislative Decree No.196/2003 (Privacy Act), we inform you that the information provided to us will be handled by Indipendenti Concerti srl and the parties listed below, as provided by law in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and obligations of confidentiality and based on the principles of fairness, legality and transparency. Information provided by users is registered on electronic databases owned by or provided for use by INDIPENDENTE CONCERTI srl, via Pietrasanta 14, 21041 Milano, who is responsible for the handling.

Information provided means the information given during registration to the service and the subsequent amendments and/or additions made by the user that they have requested.
Information processing is performed for the purpose of:
- Providing the services expected and/or requested by the user;
- Providing services that the owners of the site and the organizers of events, for which the purchases have been made, consider to be of potential interest to the user;
- Verifying the quality of services offered;
- Tracing the perpetrators of any illegal activity, even in the case of specific request by the Organizers or on behalf of specialized authorities.
The data is divided into two categories: compulsory and optional. Compulsory data is information that is strictly necessary for the provision of services and security and are marked with an asterisk on the registration form. Optional information is useful for the improvement of both the services and communications.

Consent to the processing of personal information is provided at registration; without this consent, it is not possible to proceed with the service, even though the user can, at any point, decide which information will remain available to Indipendente Concerti srl and what information they would like to receive.

The processing of personal information includes: collection, registration, organization, conservation, processing, modification, extraction, selection, comparison, use of, interconnection, blocking, communication, distribution, cancellation and destruction, or the performing of two or more of these actions using tools, even automated, suitable to guarantee security.

With the primary purpose of processing information, personal data may be used by INDIPENDENTE CONCERTI, the artists and the organizers of the event being purchased for, as well as the agency handling the paperwork, as indicated on the confirmation note in the case of purchase, for communication related to the individual purchase and for sending information and advertising material regarding news and offers in the area of event tickets.

Personal information may be disclosed to others not mentioned in this information, only through optional and informed consent given by the user, if expressed during registration of the service.
In accordance with article 7 of the Privacy Act, the user has the right, at any moment, to obtain a confirmation of the existence or lack thereof, of their personal information and to know the content and origin, verifying the accuracy or requesting its amendment, or that it be upgraded, or corrected.
